The stadium project team includes Dan VanDyke of Jenkins-Peer, UNCC Athletic Director Judy Rose, Victor Jones of Jenkins-Peer, Mike Hummer of the UNCC Athletic Foundation and Don Barnum of DLR Group.

After years of planning and coordination, we are happy to announce that today was our groundbreaking ceremony! We want to thank everyone for coming out and showing support for the future UNC Charlotte 49ers Football Team!

First Game Announced!

The first football game for the Charlotte 49ers is scheduled for August 2013 against Campbell!

Project Information

The project budget will be $40.5 million and can accommodate up to 40,000 seats. There will be a hospitality deck overlooking the field that can hold about 975 patrons. Along with locker rooms, the field house also will have weight rooms and training rooms, as well as academic facilities for student-athletes.
